Twig End Farm

There are a number of things that I adore about this new farmers' market gig. Let me share them with you now.
1. Bringing something new to you each week.
Different flowers are constantly blooming, so our offerings literally change weekly. That also means I get to create a completely new weekly special each and every time I'm getting ready for the market! And our paper-wrapped market bouquets always feature something new and different. I absolutely love the opportunity for creativity and self expression through flowers that this allows.
2. Curating and setting up a pop-up shop of my very own flowers, Twig End Farm merch and handmade jewelry.
I was the kid who'd search my room for things to stock my store under the dining room table. Little star and rainbow erasers. Handmade friendship bracelets. The best pins, charms and buttons from my collection. I admit that customers were few and far between, but I just loved setting up shop at six years old. And that feeling is just the same, decades later.
3. The very best thing: connecting with friends.
I cannot tell you how much I enjoy connecting with you at the market. Whether it's friends from long ago (my dear sweet friend from our teen years turned college roomie came to see me this past Saturday (see photo) !!!), neighbors, friends and family stopping by for their flowers or just to encourage me and make me feel loved, flower customers from over the years coming to take part in my latest flower adventure, or new friends I meet each week, I truly love connecting with you! I love sharing the joy and beauty of locally-grown flowers with my Flint community.
I am so grateful to be doing what I adore: growing, creating and sharing beauty. Putting that creativity out into the world. Connecting with phenomenal people along the way.
Thank you for these great joys!
It would be completely impossible without you.
Thank you!
