Completed this small remodel/repair today. Homeowner had a balcony that was never used and it also leaked during heavy rain. Completely removed the balcony and ensured that there wasn’t any further damage from years of leaks. While we were there we were asked to help on a few more projects which we were able to handle without adding to the timeline.

Homeowner was having issues with the balcony leaking onto the porch and master bedroom. We completely removed the balcony and double doors.
