Whitmer, two other governors to appear in Midland Oct. 17 Gov. Whitmer, governors Tony Evers of Wisconsin and Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, and U.S. Reps. Dan Kildee and Elissa Slotkin, will be in Midland on Oct. 17.
