Sharing another interesting case of multicentric/multifocal frontotemporal GBM in a young 28 years old male presenting with seizure. He had undergone frontotemporal decompressive craniectomy and biopsy of the lesion at a remote hospital. Further resection was not attempted there due to dismal nature of the disease. In view of recurrent seizures and persistent headache, gross total resection was done followed by radiotherapy.
The challenge during surgery was to achieve gross total resection in a multicentric glioma without causing neurological deficit.
