Flint kids and parents are invited to Halloween fun at City Hall with a free trick or treat event from 4:30-6:00 p.m.

Mayor Neeley and City of Flint staff invite kids and parents to come trick or treating and see the decorations in the lobby of City Hall. Come enjoy this fun and safe way for kids and families to enjoy Halloween.
