It’s that time again! Rutledge Lake RV Park in Fletcher, NC (12 miles from Asheville & located in the Blue Ridge Mountains) is hiring for summer 2026 for the following roles:

TWO Outside Maintenance Team members. (Working Couples only please- no solo workcampers @ this time).

Outside Maintenance duties may include but are not limited to: escorting campers to their sites, site maintenance, trimming bushes and shrubs, painting, spraying weeds, general plumbing & pedestal electric work. We have a solid team now; and are only looking to add a total of 4 additional people.

Our RV Park boasts of beautiful lake views, wooded views with active wildlife AND we’re in the city, which means close to just about everything! We require 25-30 hours per week, per person. This initial contract is for 3 months, however we are willing to extend based on a successful relationship. *We have many workcampers who stay longer than initially intended, and we welcome that!

In return, we provide a FHU site (30 & 50 amp, fresh in, water & sewer out), flexible scheduling, and all hours worked is paid*! (*rate negotiable: depending on work-quality and skills you’re willing to share with us while here). Bonus: 10% off all store items! 1st time Workampers are welcome to apply!
