Another successful Small-biz-networking Meetup! And thank you to my Exec committee Members Michael Campbell , Dominick Ragno , Tania Sigalas, and Karen Tosco for all your help.
Our next Meetup will be Tuesday, June 10th at Al Frescos, 12-2. Our Guest speaker will be Joey Novick, from Tapinto Flemington. He will speak on " The Top 10 Ways to Use Humor in the Workplace"

SMALL BIZ NETWORKING MEETUP, HOSTS IT’S 2ND BREAKFAST MEETUP AT GOLDEN STAR DINER IN RINGOES, NJ ON TUES. APRIL 18TH, 8:30AM-10:30AM

Ringoes , NJ Small Biz Networking Meetup Group is hosting it’s 2nd Breakfast Meetup at the Golden Star Diner, on Hwy. 202 N, in Ringoes, NJ on April 18th, at 8:30am-10:30 am.

If you own a Business, you belong at our Monthly Meetup. You are invited to attend our great networking event, and will meet like-minded people with various backgrounds and experiences, and you will find an excellent network to help you get referrals and new customers.

The Meetup is celebrating 12 years in existence, founded by Julie Parker, owner of Parker-Events LLC, and Julie actually owns and runs 3 businesses of her own, and is an entrepreneur for over 40 years, and she enjoys helping others connect with future prospects and customers. Everyone gets to introduce themselves to the group, while enjoying a nice meal. The breakfast menu has a large selection and the guests pay the diner directly.

We are proud to have our special Guest Speaker, Paul Muir, Director of the Red Mill, in Clinton, NJ. Paul grew up in Mountainside, moving to Harding Township during High School, where he graduated from Delbarton School. Paul’s drive for serving his community derived from his parents who were always working to improve the community around them, whether that be the municipality in which they lived or the schools and churches they attended. After Delbarton, Paul attended and graduated early from Bucknell University with a BSBA where he met his wife Dawn. Paul was President of his Fraternity, Theta Chi of which the motto is “The Helping Hand” furthering his commitment to serving the community around him. Paul was also the Theta Chi alumni President for eight years after graduation. Paul and Dawn moved to Bethlehem Township in 2000 one month after their marriage. Paul has two children, Morgan (17) and PJ (14).

Paul has served nine years as Mayor of Bethlehem Township, and thirteen years on the Township Committee. Paul has served on Bethlehem Land Use Boards since 2001.

As Mayor Paul also serves on the Route 78/22 Economic Development Coalition and Hunterdon County Solid Waste Advisory Committee. Paul is the President of the New Jersey Conference of Mayors as well as Chairing the Intra Municipal Affairs Committee of the Legislative Committee of the League of Municipalities.

Paul serves the community in many ways, especially in his position as the Executive Director of the Red Mill Museum Village as well as the Guild of Clinton President. Paul is a Board Member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and Non-Profit Committee Co-Chair. Paul is the former Chair of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit Roundtable and Government Affairs Advisory Board Member.

Paul is President of Preservation New Jersey where he implements innovative initiatives for adaptive reuse and promotes the positive community impact of Historic Preservation. Paul is a member of the North Hunterdon Rotary, 200 Club of Hunterdon County, and a Trustee of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Hunterdon CountyPaul is also a lifelong entrepreneur starting various businesses with his core operations being a metal recycling business derived from his family’s original business started in 1938 as well as automotive operations including an independent repair facility and a nationally recognized award-winning automotive restoration business.
