For the past 15 years or so, Helen, Sarah (when she's been home) and I have done the Turkey Trot. This year we can't do it alone. We've got team CreateWellbeing! together to tackle the challenge of Plymouth to Flemington by November 26th! That's 298 miles and every mile you do adds to the total! You do as much or as little as you like, log your distance in, and together we can hit our goal and raise money for the CEA. (You'll also get a nice race T-Shirt and Medallion). Hope you'll join us and add a little extra outdoor health into the Fall season!
