10km this morning, nice course around a few iconic sights and a few rolling hills Always fun out on the roads. Nice to come away with the choccys after busy week.

Was great to race MPM! Amazing atmosphere at lakeside!

Was a huge honor to receive my bib number 309 at my home track with some other great South Aussies. Debut in 2008, still going strong. Love this country and representing it.

Made even more special to receive it with one of the athletes who got me into the sport, who I admire and who I look up to.

*** Was very disappointing not to make the start line last night in Adelaide with a small set back a day out 😞.
