Thrilled to endorse Rae Huang for Mayor of Los Angeles. Rae is a lifelong organizer for housing, racial justice, and real community safety—not criminalization. As Deputy Director of Housing Now, she’s helped lead the fight for social housing and the People’s Budget LA, giving tens of thousands of residents a voice in how LA spends its money. As mayor, Rae will expand social housing, build a public bank, invest in unarmed crisis response and youth programs, make buses fast and free, and bring participatory budgeting to City Hall. This is the people-powered, progressive leadership LA deserves—and we’re all in.

🔥 CATCH FIRE ENDORSEMENT 🔥
Kai Newkirk is exactly the kind of courageous organizer we need in Congress representing AZ‑04.

As a lifelong community organizer, the son of a carpenter and a childcare worker, Kai has spent decades leading nonviolent fights for economic, racial, immigrant, and climate justice—from West Virginia to Los Angeles, DC, and now right here in Arizona. He moved to AZ in 2018 and has been in the trenches ever since, organizing against ICE abuses that directly impact his loved ones and helping lead the fight to stop Trump’s authoritarian power grabs.

Kai is challenging a corporate-backed Democratic incumbent who voted for the Laken Riley Act and refused to take meaningful action to stop the U.S.-backed atrocities in Gaza—votes that green‑light Trump’s mass‑deportation agenda and side with war and AIPAC over our communities. Kai has been fighting for Palestinian freedom since college, refuses AIPAC and all dark money, and is helping build a multiracial, multi‑faith coalition—including Palestinian, Arab, Muslim, and Jewish voters—behind a clear moral demand: stop genocide and put people before corporate power.

In Congress, Kai will fight for Medicare for All, universal childcare, housing as a human right, a living wage, and a democracy that can’t be bought. His campaign is on the ballot after collecting 2,250 signatures in just 13 days and is powered by a growing volunteer army across AZ‑04—from ASU students to disillusioned Democrats who are ready for a real alternative.

We’re proud to endorse Kai Newkirk for Congress in AZ‑04. If you’re ready to flip the tables on a corrupt status quo and send a movement organizer to Congress, now is the time to get in this fight with Kai.

We’re proud to endorse Nurse Lee 4 AZ in Arizona’s Fifth District.

Elizabeth Lee is a Board Certified Reproductive Health + Infertility Nurse and Board Certified Patient Advocate who’s spent more than a decade fighting for patients inside a healthcare system that too often fails the people it’s meant to serve.

A first-generation college graduate and the daughter of a union family, Elizabeth knows what it means to fight for every inch. She’s guided thousands of families through infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, complex diagnoses, and insurance denials — seeing firsthand how broken our system truly is.

When her mother’s cancer treatment was denied by insurance, Elizabeth lost not just her mom but any illusion that the system would ever fix itself. That loss lit a fire that has never gone out.

She’s running for Congress because Washington doesn’t need another talking head — it needs someone with the courage and experience to rebuild what’s broken.

Elizabeth’s campaign is powered by patients, working families, and everyone tired of being told to wait their turn.

We’re with her.

“Peace is not a perfume sprayed over violence, so power can feel refined, and can feel comfortable. And cinema is not image-laundering.”

Kaouther Ben Hania, Director of the Voice of Hind Rajab leaving her award trophy behind in protest at the Cinema for Peace gala—an event providing “political cover” for genocide by “reframing mass civilian killing as self-defense” and “denigrating protesters”
