Memorial UCC Faith Development

Today our youth group competed in the Amazing Grace event put on by the fabulous Jeff Rabe from First Congregational UCC. This event is described as a mix between Bible trivia, race, scavenger hunt, and escape room. MUCC was divided into two teams. This was team 1 and they competed against five other teams from four other UCC churches. Pictures of Memorial's team 2 to follow. We didn't win but who cares? It was a ton of fun!

Our annual Easter egg hunt is ready to go! These are the prizes but this display doesn't include the bags of candy! My favorite part is seeing who finds the coveted "Golden Egg" that is filled with a bunch of fun surprises. Reminder: This is for children AND teens! I can think of at least one youth who would like to get the pickleball set!

Last night our youth group met at Spare Time, a fun family place on the west side of Madison. We did an escape room (and won!) and then had an exciting game of laser tag. It was suggested that we do kids vs adults but adults quickly realized we probably didn't stand a chance. 😂

On this wonderful Christmas eve, the children and youth of MUCC told the story of Jesus. He is born! Joy to the world! 🌟
