The Muay Thai clinch is one of the most unique aspects of the sport, combining balance, control, timing, and striking into a highly effective skill set. It’s not only valuable for competition, but also has practical self-defense applications.

🎉 We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Sarah Zimmerman as the newest coach in our Kids Program, where she’ll be leading our Kids Muay Thai classes! 👏🥊

Sarah has been training and competing in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past eight years and brings extensive experience working with young students. In addition to previously coaching Kids BJJ for four years, she has spent thirteen years teaching dance and theater in Lawrence Township.

Sarah’s energy, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with kids make her a natural coach. She is passionate about creating a positive learning environment where students can build confidence, develop discipline, and have fun while learning authentic Muay Thai.

We’re thrilled to have her leading the next generation of KruFit athletes and can’t wait for our families to get to know her even better. 👊
