Missed this the other month since life is crazy these days. Another year in the books. Hard to believe 13 years has come and will soon be gone. Thank you to everyone who has ever been apart of it!

Pilates will be canceled for the remainder of the month.

All other private personal training sessions will go on as scheduled as we are operating under the ten persons limit guidelines issued today. I will keep everyone posted if this changes in the coming days or weeks.

A reminder if you have symptoms, do not come to the gym for training. If you have a sick family member or child in your home, or if you have been in contact with anyone who has become ill, do not come in for your workouts and stay home for your quarantine.

If we work together, we can keep our workouts to boost our immunity and still practice social distancing.

This is inevitably a rough road ahead. UPT will make adjustments as the guidelines change. We will get through this.
