New Home Design!

This new home was designed to meet the requirements of the site. It was located close to the White River near Indianapolis and was required by code to be so far above the flood elevation.

**NEW PROJECT!**

We've been tasked with multiple plan reproductions for a town in Georgia. The town has a historic district that was once a bustling milling area in the 1920's, and even had house plans to build quickly for the workers. Fast forward to today, city officials wanted to offer those very same plans as off the shelf permit packages, that is where we come in! We will be bringing the 1920 plans up to modern day code and standards!
