Have you ever felt like this guy? We all at times have felt โbehind the packโ so to speak; and it can be scary. But I want to encourage you all not just in your fitness journey but in your life that you are NOT a โpack followerโ but a LEADER!
Like this Olympian, you can make a decision to find your heart to thrive and as they say in track, โstart kickingโ, before you know it that friend called momentum shows its head-the scales down 5lbs, that ideal client calls back, etc...BUT DONโT STOP THERE MY FRIEND! With your new vision, you have to keep going, take it up an notch and let your dream colorize your effort! See yourself and work your way towards your goals, the Top of your field. Give to the very last ounce of grit that you have-and before you know it; the finish line will be under your feet-but because you โkickedโ, your life will be victorious! Have a great day everyone!
