Leadership grows through community, conversation, and shared experiences, which is part of what makes the APAPA Key Leadership Program so meaningful here in Indiana.

Now in its second year, the program brings together emerging Asian American professionals from across Indianapolis to explore civic engagement, leadership development, mentorship, and community involvement.

We’re especially proud to see Arianna Cruz return to help facilitate this year’s cohort, having supported the program during its inaugural year as well.
