Would you like to gather for "Dinner and a Movie" this Saturday evening?

DINNER will be whatever you choose to prepare in your own home. I am NOT a nutrition expert.

MOVIE will be a pop-up Pranic Healing lecture about Dealing with LOSS. I AM an expert in using Pranic Healing techniques to help you move through difficult emotions such as grief associated with loss.

So many of us are grieving physical losses of family members. Even more of us may be dealing with the loss of dear friends as we move along on our spiritual journey. We may be grieving the loss of how we thought life should go for us as we let go of old ways of thinking about career or relationships.

I'll share some of my story and how I have been and continue to work through the energies of grief. And we will have some experiential activities to help you start to heal yourself and open up into a life in which you can experience sadness healthily and celebrate times of transformation.

We'll start at 5:00pm on Saturday, March 11 and finish around 6:30pm. (so you could actually have dinner afterward...)
