Weekend Reflection!
As we get closer to the final months of 2021, it's a good time to think back on the year so far and get aligned with goals for the rest of this cycle. What is something that you have learned about yourself so far this year? How will that information help you going forward?

Cultivating Gratitude
Studies have shown time and again that gratitude improves physical health and emotional wellbeing. Take a moment to reflect on a few things you feel gratitude for in this moment. Try to think of at least 5 things, and really notice the way gratitude makes you feel. Challenge yourself to spend a few minutes everyday writing down or talking about at least 3 things that fill you with gratitude that day. Feel free to share your list here!
