Hey friends! It’s been a while, I know. Your elderberry fairy has been quite busy with kids, a new job, and life. However, back by popular demand and some very special requests, I will be making batches occasionally! 🙂 Seasonal allergies are rough right now, head colds are going around, people are going to be traveling for spring break, and now is the time to be taking your elderberry. A brand new fresh bag of organic berries have arrived at my doorstep tonite, and I will be making my syrup with local honey tomorrow. I’m just going to be making large 16 oz jars for $20 for now.
