Join our free 4-Week Mindfulness Meditation Series
designed for Adolescent and Young Adults in cancer treatment or survivorship.

šŸ“… June 9 | June 23 | July 7 | July 21
šŸ•— 8:00 PM ET | Virtual | Free

We'll explore the foundational practices of mindfulness meditation as tools for resilience, clarity, and connection. Facilitated by Kim Prager, LCSW, an experienced therapist and meditation practitioner with 16 years of clinical experience, including work at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Each session builds on the last, moving through body awareness, emotional grounding, clarity of mind, and compassion — because surviving isn't the finish line. Thriving is.

We’re excited to offer our new Mindful Meditation Series.

When life becomes overwhelming, whether you’re navigating cancer, caregiving, survivorship, recovery, or everyday stress, finding moments of calm can make all the difference.

This guided series is designed to help participants develop practical mindfulness skills that support resilience, emotional well-being, stress management, and a greater sense of presence in daily life.

Meditation isn’t about clearing your mind or achieving perfection. It’s about learning to meet life’s challenges with greater awareness, intention, and self-compassion.

Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, we invite you to join us.

Rain delays and all… it looks like we’re finally about to go racing at Watkins Glen!

The KFG Project is incredibly honored to have our logo riding with Jeremy Clements Racing today. Seeing the KFG name represented on the car is a powerful reminder of how far this mission has come.

Huge thank you to Ed Horne and the entire team for supporting KFG and helping us spread awareness for cancer patients, caregivers, veterans, first responders, and AYAs battling through life’s toughest moments.

We’re also proud to have KFG Board Member and oncology therapist Elena Nazario representing KFG in the pits today.

Mindset Over Mayhem.
Keep F’ing Going. šŸ
