A mother of the bride picked up her daughter’s freshly-cleaned wedding gown and keepsake preservation box. She was genuinely excited to see the finished product and said she couldn’t wait to share it with her daughter.

She offered many sincere thanks and when I went to shake her hand goodbye, she said, “Shaun, I have to give you a hug. You’ve been so helpful and I’m so thankful for what you’ve done.” We both almost cried. It was a brief, but beautiful moment and reminder of how important our work can be if we recognize where and how it touches others.
