MURPH 2026 🔥💪

This Saturday at Tight Five CrossFit, there are MULTIPLE versions of Murph you can perform so EVERYONE can participate no matter your fitness level or experience.

If you can’t do pull-ups, you can substitute:
✔ Ring Rows
✔ Assisted Pull-Ups

If regular push-ups are difficult:
✔ Elevated Push-Ups
✔ Knee Push-Ups

Murph is meant to challenge YOU at YOUR level. Whether you’re highly competitive, getting back into fitness, or trying something new for the first time… this workout is completely scalable for anyone.

FREE for anyone that wants to come in and be part of it.
