We are happy to share that we closed on our First St. project this morning. We had lots of interest and are thankful to find another new owner prior to listing!

Our 1st St. project gained a designated laundry room on the first floor in the renovation. We used an old exterior door and added frosted glass to it.

We are excited to share that we have a new Airbnb! This brick duplex is located in our favorite Columbus neighborhood - Historic German Village!
