Hey everyone! I am Rileigh Highland, and I am extremely excited to be a part of the 2026–2027 Flight Crew Spirit Team! I have been dancing for 22 years, and it has always been one of my biggest passions. I grew up as a competitive dancer and now have the opportunity to share that passion by teaching dance to students of all ages at A Step Above Dance Studio in Lima, Ohio. I love performing, connecting with others, and bringing energy and excitement to every performance. I can’t wait to cheer on the Findlay Force, engage with the incredible fans, and help create an unforgettable game-day atmosphere all season long.
