We’re thrilled to announce that our Peak Thermo King project has broken ground at the SW corner of 20th Street and Freeman Rd. in Fife, WA. The new Thermo King building is a 10,890 SF concrete tilt-up industrial facility, located on a 3.24-acre site! This new building will house Peak Thermo King's service and sales operations for fleet refrigeration systems, enhancing their capacity to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

After working on the project since August 2023, we are excited to announce that Pivotal Construction has officially started construction as of September 2024.

We are thrilled to announce that Helix Design Group is in the process of designing a brand-new Administration Office building for the Si View Metropolitan Park District!

Located on an undeveloped parcel across from Si View Park in downtown North Bend, WA, this new building will be a hub for current and future staff, fostering collaboration, creativity, and public interaction. Adjacent to the new office building will be a future aquatic center, with exciting improvements to come! The design will seamlessly integrate with Si View Park, Community Center, and Aquatic Center, creating a cohesive and vibrant community space.
