They all begin with making peace within ourselves.

And that's especially important now.

Let's find ways today to foster inner peace so we can reflect that peace in our actions.

Two tools are: (1) Starting a morning spiritual practice with quiet time for contemplation, meditation, prayer and gratitude.

And (2) Sending out a blessing for the world and all beings each day.

We can do this right now. 💜

Send deep love and prayers for all those who are suffering today and for our heartfelt intentions.

It matters. We build our world together.

And the world is in need of our peace today. 💜
