Two Oaks Farms

Put a good days work into our roads today. New to us blade worked well. Third time in 10ish years I have put over a hour or two into grading the top rock level.

This time I used the blade to cut down to the bottom of the potholes and layered the rock back in.

Also cleaned out the silt traps, repaired and widened the front driveway entrance, started filling the trench left by the concrete and rock trucks (from years ago when we put a concrete floor in the barn), flattened and widened both the service road and the road out to the hayfield.

Tomorrow will be redoing the grading for the house entrance and likely taking it over to our Nanny’s house and grading their subdivision main road.

Hopefully it will be another 3-4 years before I have to do it again.
