A new year brings new opportunities for our business. With 2025 starting we are needing to have everything from 2024 settled/resolved so we can close those books/chapter and move on to the next. We ask that any unpaid invoices be completed ASAP. Failure to complete invoices will lead to late fees added on to the amount due. If invoices continue to not be resolved there will be further actions taken.

Invoices can be paid using the following methods.

Square payment- Anytime Bus Lines

We also accept cash payment/check/Debit.

Any events booked for 2025 will require a deposit $250 (non refundable) to book and secure the date you are wanting. Payment in full will be due prior to the day of the event in order for transportation services to be done, Failure to pay full invoices prior to the event day will result in an immediate cancelation of your event (per contract). As another reminder we require a contract to be viewed by all party members for any and all events, this contract is sent via email and must be signed by the person that books the event. Failure to sign and return our contract will result in cancellation of transportation services.

All buses are equipped with audio and video surveillance and will be used if necessary. This is noted in the contract as well so that everyone is aware.

Just putting this out….. any events that are booked MUST be paid in full prior to the day of the event. If the event is not paid for prior to the day there will NOT be any transportation provided. Absolutely NO I owe you’s

Also whoever books the event must sign and return a legal contract and all others in the group/party must read and acknowledge it.
