Happy National Fried Chkn Day! At Spacecat we make all of our Chkn in small batches by hand and then bread them and deep fry them before they become a sandwich or fingers for dipping in one of our delicious sauces or they become thecoolest of the chkns—- Frankie’s Hot Chkn Fingers! Our dough is made from vital wheat gluten and super secret spices to create our signature chkn. It is one of our points of pride that we don’t simply buy a chemical filled ready-made product to serve you as scratch made. We are back here scratching I promise you.
