This was definitely a special closing. This one hit different. Hundreds of closings and a decade in the real estate world; this was a first. While driving to finish the final paperwork at the closing table I couldn’t help but think about how special it is to work with and help friends from our home town in Iowa purchase property here in our new home of Florida. Surreal.
