Birth breaks you open to your core. It’s raw, vulnerable, and exposing on the deepest levels. Someone told me you end up birthing with exactly WHO and HOW you need to, even if you don’t understand it, because frankly I’m still trying to understand it. It didn’t go as planned. It wasn’t how I prepared or pictured it going. AND, it was still beautiful and healing. One thing that I do know, is that my birth team was filled with empowered, supportive, and wise women. They mothered me as I became a mother. I was fully supported at my most vulnerable. I learned how to TRUST deeply & that is something I will always carry with me🫶🏼
