An Otter Express driver dropped off a lost phone with us in hopes that the owner could be found. It was discovered on S Cascade St in the middle of the road. If you are or know the owner, please direct them to us to provide us with the password to verify ownership so we can be beneficial in reuniting this device to the owner!
