From June 1st to June 19th, you have the chance to enter into our raffle! Prizes include: Pool gear, cooler, free Genesee County Rodeo entry, and... a $100 rent credit!🦩

Each time you stop by the office, your name will be entered into the drawing. More info on the raffle & pool party soon.. 🎟️🏊‍♀️

Less than one week until our donation drive begins!

House By the Side of the Road has let us know that they're also in need of small household items such as pots and pans, small appliances, sheets, blankets, towels, and shoes! So if you're looking to donate any of these items, please drop them off at the leasing office or contact us if you need us to pick them up. :)

Preventative Maintenance starts today! Please check the calendar to know when your apartment will be entered.

Pest Genie will be here 5/12 & 5/26! If you would like to be added to the list, please email the office.

Note: The office will be closed on Memorial Day, 5/25!
We will keep residents posted about when the pool will be open!
