State Road Craft Show
11/27/2025
💛🦃Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 🧡
On this final day of thanks, we celebrate our amazing 2025 Committee! We began these posts honoring the two moms who started the State Road Craft Show, and it feels right to end with the team carrying their legacy into its 50th year.
This group showed incredible teamwork and supported each other every step of the way. From Sunday night meetings to nonstop group chats, late-night pep talks, and plenty of shared laughs, we formed and strengthened friendships that made this year unforgettable!
Together, we started new traditions with Santa and the Grinch, hosted our largest vendor count ever, created a beautiful basket raffle/vendor collaboration and were even spotlighted by multiple news outlets.
To this year’s committee—
Thank you for your dedication, humor, and unstoppable hearts! What a phenomenal group of mommas. I’m so grateful to have worked alongside each of you!
Here’s to the 50th—and to the friendships and memories that will last long after the craft show lights go out. 💛✨
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!
💛 Day 9: Honoring the Legacy of Our Past Members 💛
Today, we honor and celebrate the past Chair Members of the State Road Craft Show—the leaders whose dedication, creativity, and heart have shaped this beloved tradition for 50 incredible years.
This year’s 50th Anniversary Show was a huge success, but it wouldn’t have been possible without the foundation built over every year that came before it. Each Chair, each committee, and each volunteer brought something special to the table: a deep love for our State Road Elementary students, fresh ideas, and the determination to overcome every challenge along the way.
From outgrowing the elementary school and making the move to the High School, to navigating a pandemic and everything in between, every hurdle was met with teamwork and passion. What began in 1975, as a simple idea from two moms hoping to raise money for student needs, has grown into the incredible community event we celebrate today.
To all the past Chair Members and the countless parents who poured their time, energy, and hearts into making this year—and every year—a success:
Thank you. ❤️
Your hard work, vision, and commitment have carried the Craft Show through five decades, and the legacy you’ve built will continue to benefit our students for years to come.
Here’s to 50 years—and to all who made it possible. 🌟
