Do this, and you leave without many regrets.
Amen

When you grieve, you need people willing to be supportive and not go into their grief for as long as you are grieving.
You should be artistically slow in releasing grief, feed it slowly until it has matured.
Do not just open the flood gates. Grief is truly ready when it has built up trust...In those helping, as well as yourself.
You feed someone who has been starving, very slowly. If you give someone who has been starved a feast, they will die.
Little meals will lead to being able to feast slowly over time.
Never encourage someone who has been grieving a long time, to open up the flood gates.
You must metabolize grief. You just can't throw it away.
You can't "cure" grief. You must use and embrace it, to grow stronger like a rock!
