Here’s a peek behind the counter:

Our cafe sales are kept at cost so more people can enjoy the shop and students can focus on real-world work experience, not profit. That means every shift, every drink, and every customer interaction is about learning, confidence, and meaningful work.

To keep this community-supported learning space running, it takes about $12,000 each month. Around 60% of that (about $7,200) comes from donors. Those gifts help cover student salaries, program fees, insurance, our car and trailer, and the everyday operations that make each shift possible.

Independent students, especially those who have aged out of school programs, rely fully on private donors.

Every cup supports the mission, but monthly sponsors keep the doors open and opportunities growing.
