We had such a fun Yoga for Kids class yesterday! 🌈🧘‍♀️
The kids explored yoga poses, practiced slowing their bodies and minds down, and had fun using movement, breathing, and games to build mindfulness and confidence. 💛
We ended class with a calming mindfulness activity where the kids created scratch art drawings for their moms — such a creative and thoughtful way to finish our time together. The kids were so proud of their artwork! ✨
