The 1 bedroom units were specifically built for persons/families with a member who is age 62+ or disabled (regardless of age). All of the one bedroom units are ground level. Your rent could be reduced for out of pocket medical expenses!

The 2 and 3 bedroom units are located in an area that is separate from the building containing one bedroom units. Rent could be reduced even further! As noted above, senior or disabled households may receive reductions for out of pocket medical expenses. Families with children under the age of 12 could receive deductions for childcare that enables the tenants to work or attend school.
