Specifically, individuals of color with proof of residence in Washington prior to 1968 may be eligible for substantial down payment assistance, up to $150,000, a meaningful move towards reparations.

To all first time home buyers, there's a new program out that will pay the 3.5% down for you to purchase a home. The good thing about this program is if you keep the home for 36 months you do not have to repay. They also help those with down payment assistance if you exceed the income guidelines but don't have the funds to put down. These funds will have to be repaid. Inbox me for more details.
