There’s a big difference between moving… and moving well.
Most compensation patterns are subtle at first.
The body shifts load away from one area, muscles start overworking, then movement becomes less efficient.
People usually adapt to it slowly enough that they don’t notice it happening.
Assessment matters because not every problem announces itself immediately. Which is exactly why all patients at Wolf start with an onsite assessment, so we can get to the root right away.

A lot of people assume chiropractic care is something you start needing later in life.
Most of the time, we disagree.
We see plenty of younger patients dealing with:
tight hips,
neck tension,
headaches,
sports strain,
hours at a desk,
constant screen time,
and movement patterns that are already creating stress on the body.
The earlier those patterns are addressed, the easier it is to keep them from turning into bigger problems later.
You do not need to “wait until you’re older” to start taking care of your body.

Muscles tighten for a reason.
Usually because something underneath them feels unstable, restricted, or overloaded.
That’s why aggressive stretching often gives temporary relief and not much else.
The body is trying to create stability first.
If the underlying mechanics never change, the tension usually returns quickly.
