🔥In January, the number of homes that were for sale was 1,340. That is a -26.4% compared to January 2021 when there was 1,820 homes for sale!

🔥The percentage of list price is currently sitting pretty on 103.3%. This means that if a house was listed at $400,000, it would sell for $413,200 - 103.3% of that $400,000. If it sat at a clear 100%, that means the house sold for $400,000. Make sense? 😄

🔥Average days a home sits on the market in Pierce County right now is only 16!!! That is a -38.5% compared to Jan 2021!! Crazy right? 🤯
