Minimum down payment for layaway: 10% of the total sale amount plus layaway fee. In Texas stores, the layaway service fee is $5. In all other stores, the layaway service fee is $3 for purchases prior to July 1, 2026, and $10 for purchases of $100 or more. Combined layaways are subject to a reduction fee of $10 or 10% of the purchase price (whichever is greater). No cash refunds. A credit slip will be issued on all canceled layaway sales.
