Here's a bit of a storytime about Paletown Rd pre-development!

In 2021, Trinity Realty was approached by our construction lender to assist with the disposition of a 21-acre property in Richland Township, PA, acquired after years of foreclosure litigation. Originally approved in the 1980s as a single-family subdivision, the project stalled due to market conditions. In 2022, Trinity acquired the parcel, revived the subdivision approvals, and navigated the entitlement and development process. In 2023, after securing all necessary permits, Trinity sold the property to Toll Brothers.
