FUN FACT!

Today marks 30 years since cell phones become widely available to the public.

Look how much has changed during that time.

As the parts got smaller, the phone got smaller... but then a shift occurred and people began wanting to use their phone for more and more things.

New features meant the size of the phone began to grow again.
I mean how else are they gonna cram 94 cameras into a phone for some reason?!

Now how do we wrap this into real estate?

Simple... markets change.
What people want in properties changes.
The laws and regulations change.

That's why I will always be a part of a real estate community that follows those trends, watches for those changes, and supports each other as we adapt to those changes.

Markets go up... markets go down.

Either way...Good investors will wind up on top.
