This afternoon, our technicians, Anthony and Drew, spotted a mulch fire starting outside a commercial customer's location. Thanks to their quick response, the fire was extinguished before it could become something much worse.

Moments like this remind us that life safety is about more than technology. It's about people who care enough to take action when it matters.

Today is bittersweet for our Holmes family. After nearly 26 years in our Central Monitoring Station, Tiffany is stepping into her next chapter.

For over two decades, she has been at the heart of what we do, showing up consistently, with care and dedication to protecting our customers across Eastern NC. That kind of commitment is rare, and it has made a lasting impact on all of us.

Tiffany, thank you for everything you’ve given to Holmes. You will always be part of this family. 💐
