According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Arkansas tied for the state with the 4th LARGEST percentage of job growth from Dec 2024 to Dec 2025!! Only Missouri, North Carolina, and South Carolina had higher percentages of job growth in that time period.

This job growth is not surprising given the NWA metro was the 9th fastest growing metro in the US in 2025; which now boasts a population over 600,000. Some projections have NWA reaching a population of 1 million in the next 20 years. Only leading to continued strong job growth in the next couple decades.
