**Post Surgery Update**
Hello everyone! Thank you for the cards, texts, messages, and gifts (not shown here). I appreciate you checking in on me and I feel very loved. 🥰 Healing is a full-time job! I am resting a lot and healing very well. I'm getting LOTS of sleep, too (which is very important)! I'm also treating myself with kindness and patience. I'm eating healthy and showing myself self-love. Also doing all the PT exercises I'm supposed to do, with respect to the limitations my body has. It's a delicate balance! I'm feeling better every day and have more energy. I must say I'm enjoying my time off of work! 😁
Please know that I am missing all of you and I hope you're doing well. You are a big part of my heart. Blessings and big ((HUGS))! 💕🥰🤗
