Meet our Team!

I’m Weston Janke. I got my start in construction back in high school, working alongside my dad and learning the trade from the ground up. What began as summer jobs turned into a lifelong passion for building and creating things that last. I took a brief pause and served a 2 year LDS mission in Tampa Florida. When I returned I continued working with Janke Construction. And in 2013 met my wife Aubrey and started our life together, we have 3 awesome kids together.

In 2020 I earned my General Contractor’s license, I officially joined my dad in the family business. I’m detail-oriented and take pride in doing things right the first time — no shortcuts, just quality work that stands the test of time. All things I’ve learned from my dad.

Hi! I'm Scott. The owner of Janke Construction. My love for construction started when I was a teenager, helping my dad finish our basement. What began as a simple project turned into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I’ve worked in many areas of construction, but I found my true calling in remodeling—helping turn people’s ideas into spaces they love.

I enjoy connecting with clients and being part of their journey to create a home that feels right for them. I take pride in building a business rooted in quality, honesty, and integrity, and I believe that shows in both our work and the skilled team behind it.
