Today was one of those closings I’ll never forget.

Not only did I have the honor of representing my buyers, but one of them is my niece, and getting to help her and her boyfriend, JT, become homeowners was incredibly special.

At just 20/21 years old, they’ve accomplished something many people only dream about. The average age of a first-time homebuyer in the U.S. is around 35, yet they made it happen 15 years earlier through hard work, determination, and smart financial decisions.

As her aunt, my heart is so full. As her Realtor, I couldn’t be more proud. Watching her grow up has been one of life’s greatest blessings, but getting to be part of this milestone is something I’ll cherish forever.
