Final punch list work is underway throughout the office areas, with cabinetry, electrical, and finish details coming together as we move toward completion.

iCOM, a leader in industrial communications and system integration solutions, has signed a new 5-year lease. As part of the project, we transformed approximately 5,000 SF of office space into industrial space to better support their operations.

We’re proud to deliver a modern, flexible facility that positions iCOM for continued growth and success.
